Helping Others Cross Over -The Process of Death

One of the blessings of the work I do is assisting beautiful people in their ‘crossing over’ or transition from their bodies to the other side of the veil. Sometimes this profession is called a Death Doula.

It’s real, it’s powerful, and it fils me with gratitude to be a part of another human being’s transition from their experiences in this lifetime to the wonderfully peaceful healing space that awaits.

In this process, I most frequently see a beautiful chariot surrounded by the angel realm with whom I so closely work and live. Together, we experience the delicate and wondrous process of quite literally holding their hand, energetically, to ensure they are at peace, and without fear, in the detachment and crossing over process.

In our Western culture, we speak so little of death and the death process, and people have such fear and pain around it–and for many good reasons. Losing someone dear to us is never easy. But to me, it is so comforting to know that there truly is a system, a process, and the most loving healing space that souls enter after departing the physical body.

Sometimes, my work involves helping those who have been ‘stuck’ here on earth for extra time. We have typically referred to them as ghosts. You may have had your own experiences with sensing the presence of someone who has departed, but is still here. By the time I work with them, they are ready to release what has kept them in this plane, and begin their transition and healing in a new way, in a new dimension.

We have so very many dimensions, we humans. It’s fascinating to experience the unfolding of our understanding of this. And I am blessed to witness people be able to embrace what lies beyond.

Let’s chat if you’re curious about any of this or feel you too are drawn to this kind of service work.

Namaste
